Cameron Clarke
Cameron has over 30 years of experience in Civil constrution and surface mining operations. His expereicne encompasses contract and client mining, civil construction inlcuding residential and industrial subdiviions, mining inferstructure and gas extraction plants.
Cameron has have held several key management positions ranging from operational start-ups involving open pit mining projects, to brownfield developments, he has 360° view of mining project life cycles including : exploration, development, construction, ramp up and operations.
He has lead and managed the successful restructuring to retutn to mining companies and contractors to profitability. He has also succuessfully bid and procured major contract mining projects.
Shonene Clarke
Shonene is an experienced solutions-focused Administration/HR professional with an operations mindset. Shonene has over 30 years of administration, people, logistics and warehousing experience within the tourism, construction, mining, government and defence industries.
Shonene has an intimate understanding of recruitment, onboarding, induction, training and development, workforce planning, ER/IR matters, workplace investigations, conflict management, policy, procedure & OH&S.
